The Vault — Beta Submission Conditions

Private beta, not a public release. These draft conditions describe the restricted beta upload test. Before accepting submissions from other artists, The Veil must publish final contact details, processing/privacy information, retention limits, payment/refund terms and a verified broadcast-rights workflow.

Independent artists

Organic, AI-assisted, AI-generated and hybrid creators are eligible. Please identify your creation method accurately. Do not upload another artist's recording without their express authority.

Music and permissions

By submitting a file, you confirm that you have permission to upload and share the recording for private evaluation and that you own or have cleared the necessary rights for any proposed social broadcast. This includes compositions, recordings, samples, featured performers, synthetic voices, AI tool terms, images and other contributions.

Submitting a track gives The Veil a non-exclusive, limited permission to store the recording and evaluate it for independent artist radio programming. The free social queue also requests separate consent for potential public livestream playback. This is not a copyright transfer, and it does not guarantee that every platform or territory is cleared; the operator must check applicable rights and social-platform rules.

Queues and reviews

The standard social live queue is free. Level 1 ($5) and Level 2 ($10) priority services, the separate paid private DJ review service, and the full $25/month membership are not active for sale in this build. The planned priority products affect queue ordering, not editorial scores or eligibility for broadcast.

Files and moderation

Beta accepts MP3/M4A recordings up to 12 MB, held in private storage. Authorised staff may listen and moderate. Tracks may be rejected for rights, quality, policy or broadcast reasons. The operator will establish retention, takedown and deletion processes before public launch. Avoid submitting private or sensitive personal material.

Payments and the Veil Promise

When payments begin, we intend to allocate 80% of all receipts to The Veil's operation, taxes, funding and growth, with the remaining 20% at the founder's discretion. Paid purchases will require clear deliverables, cancellation and refund policies before checkout activates.
